Returns & Refunds
At ONIBONG, our products are manufactured using a "Made-to-Order" (On-Demand) system, where production begins only after an order is placed. For this reason, as a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, etc.). We kindly ask that you review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
While we strive for the highest quality, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly.
1. Notification Period Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that we cannot provide support for items that have been in your possession for 8 days or more.

In the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, ONIBONG will cover the full cost of return shipping and replacement.
Cases Where Returns/Exchanges are NOT Accepted

Returns due to customer convenience (size, color, or style preference).

Items reported 8 days or more after delivery.

Items that have been stained, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Items that have been used or worn (excluding initial fitting).

Refund Process
A refund will be issued only in cases where a replacement item is unavailable or an exchange is not possible. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., the credit card company used for the purchase). Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
