Order Processing Time (Made-to-Order) At ONIBONG, we use an "On-Demand" (Made-to-Order) system. Each item is individually finished after your order is confirmed to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing Time: Typically 7 to 10 business days before shipment.

  • Note: Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and the Year-End/New Year period.

International Shipping (Specializing in USA & Canada) We are proud to offer specialized shipping services to North America.

  • Carrier: Japan Post (EMS - Express Mail Service) with full tracking.

  • Primary Destinations: The United States and Canada.

  • Shipping Rates: For the USA and Canada, shipping costs are precisely calculated based on the total weight of your order using our dedicated rate system.

  • Final Confirmation: Please confirm the exact shipping fee for your order on the final checkout page, where the system will provide the most up-to-date calculation based on your items and destination.

  • Other Regions: We are expanding. For other global destinations, please check availability and rates during the checkout process.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees Please be aware that all international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

  • Policy: ONIBONG cannot predict these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.

Domestic Shipping (Inside Japan)

  • Carrier: Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

  • Fee: Flat rate of 500 JPY (Tax included).

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling 10,000 JPY or more qualify for free shipping.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs duties, any additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

Maximum Order Quantity per Transaction
Due to shipping weight limits and our specific packaging process, the maximum order quantity per single transaction is 4 items (approx. 1.0 kg).

Domestic & International: If you wish to purchase 5 or more items, please place separate orders.
Automatic Limitation: If your cart exceeds this limit, shipping methods may not be displayed at checkout. Please adjust your quantity to 4 or fewer to proceed.
